Description

A group is created without any 3D model data and added to the parent group.

	String groupToCreate)

Arguments

parentGroupName
Description:	Name of the parent group for the group being created.

groupToCreate
Description:	Name of the group to create.

Return Value

Type:

string

Returns the full new group name.
