Description

Create a RinexObsFile object, associating the contained Observations to "receiver" and mapping Satellite ID codes to Spacecraft in the Formation "navConstellation".

Timing Precision Mode

This page describes functionality in millisecond timing precision mode. Millisecond timing precision mode is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. We recommend that you migrate your Mission Plans to nanosecond timing precision mode.

	Formation navConstellation)

Arguments

receiver
Description:	The GNSS Receiver attached to the Spacecraft being observed.

navConstellation
Description:	The Formation of navigation Spacecraft observing the GNSS Receiver. This Formation is assumed to represent the GPS constellation.
