Description

The unique identifier for the CelestialObject's Inertial Equatorial at Epoch frame. This is for use with the PositionConvert, VelocityConvert, and PositionVelocityConvert functions, as well as the Get/Set Cartesian/Keplerian State methods on Spacecraft and CelestialObjects.
