epoch
Description:	The epoch at which to calculate the scintillation fade probability.

sensitivity
Description:	The sensitivity of the optical receiver in dBm.
Units:	dBm

scintillationIndex
Description:	The specified scintillation index.

Type:

number

The value of the calculated scintillation fade probability.
