Description

Sets the value stored in the cell to the numeric value newValue with precision as the number of digits past the decimal shown when viewing this cell.

Arguments

newValue
Description:	The value to set to the cell.

precision
Description:	The precision, or number of digits past the decimal, that will be viewed in the cell.
