Description

Sets the comment for the vector specified by 'vectorIndex' to the string value denoted by 'comment'.

Arguments

vectorIndex
Description:	The index within the ephemeris that specifies a vector.
Valid Range:	vectorIndex ≥ 0

comment
Description:	The comment to put into the ephemeris vector.
