CustomObservationMeasurements.SetNoise(	String measurementLabel,
	Variable measurementNoise)

measurementLabel
Description:	The name or label for the Custom Measurement.

measurementNoise
Description:	The one-sigma value of the expected level of noise in this measurement. Units should correspond to the measurement type, km, cycles, Hz, or dB.
Units:	km
Valid Range:	measurementNoise ≥ 0

Type:

boolean

Returns 1 if the Custom Measurement noise was successfully set, 0 otherwise.
