Returns an Array containing the velocity of the argument object in the ICRF, referenced from the barycenter of the CelestialSystem.

CelestialSystem.GetVelocityOfObject(	TimeSpan epoch,
	CelestialObject celestialObject)

epoch
Description:	The epoch at which to evaluate the system.

celestialObject
Description:	The CelestialObject whose velocity will be retrieved.

Type:	Array of number (size = 3)
Units:	km/s

Returns the VX, VY, VZ components of the state of the argument object in the ICRF.
