Description

Perfoms sigma editing on the specified data file or List of Observations without showing the TrackingDataEditor dialog.

Arguments

sigmaEditingThreshold
Description:	The value to average.
Valid Range:	sigmaEditingThreshold > 0

trackingDataFile
Description:	The TrackingDataFile to use.
